A. THE BASIC SET OF SERVICES AND DOCUMENTS: USD $1,390

The set includes District of Columbia Filing Fee (USD $350), District of Columbia minimum Initial License Fee (USD $75*), original Certificate of Incorporation with Apostille, certified Articles of Incorporation, Statement of Incorporator, Certificate of Registration, Bylaws - all legalized with a single Apostille, Registered Agent fee till the end of the year of incorporation, processing fee.

*The initial license fee of USD $75 covers up to USD $100,000 worth of authorized stock. Please contact us for authorized stock in excess of USD $100,000 for the correct fee computation.
