Q. How do you bill your members?
A.

Our system is fully automated in a way that upon initial registration it will ask for a valid credit card information which will be charged periodically to cover for membership fees. We also accept payments through Paypal.

Q. Can I return my cards after purchase?
A.

No. After a card ordered from our website is shipped, confirmed delivered and activated, due to security reason, you will not be able to return or exchange it.

Yes, absolutely. You must enter your billing address which is sometimes different from your shipping address. Please ensure that you have complete postal code and street address on your profile during registration.

Normally, members would request for this information directly from the customer after the order is received. But for a small fee, we can collect this information on your behalf and forward them to you.

Q. How are orders processed?
A.

It starts when customers order your products. As soon as the order has gone through and we have confirmed receiving payments from the customer, a notification is sent to your accounting and shipping department advising you to contact the customer and ship the product. You could also track all orders and transaction reports from the membership interface.

A.

There are no charges to list prepaid products. It is strictly on a membership basis. If you have exceeded your listing limits based on the membership plan you selected, we recommend you upgrade or change to another plan.

We send all payments by bank wire transfers and Paypal on the 1st and 15th of every month. However, total accumulated sales orders must be a minimum of $500 USD or its equivalent.

GMTCARD and registered members must make efforts to reduce or eliminate fraudulent transactions. However, in the event that there is a charge back or credit card fraud, members must refund all monies paid for a specific order or transaction.

Yes. Again it depends on the plan selected. We can process bank wire transfers, checks and other loading options for members. For check processing, we will require a deposit amount equivalent to the number of checks processed monthly. Without deposits, checks will be held for a period of 6 to 8 weeks.

There isn't much difference except that a customer is an individual or company that has an account for the purpose of ordering various prepaid products listed on our website and using the services we offer. Once we have your personal information on file, a customer can place orders, anytime, anyday. On the other hand, a cardholder is an individual or company in possession of a GMTCARD brand, a card that has GMTCARD logo. You could activate cards; monitor your transactions from the cardholders login. You must become a customer before you can become a GMTCARD holder.

A.

It is the process where by funds are deposited or transferred into your card by relatives, friends, employers and business associates through a variety of available methods.

A.

After you have ordered a prepaid card, the next step is to fund your card using the information provided by the company that owns the brand. Most companies provide funding through payroll remittance, bank wire transfer, certified checks, egold, the use of money transfer services and other applicable means. You must ensure that you fulfill all Anti-money Laundering Regulations and due dilligence requirements when loading funds on your card. If you have a rechargeable calling card, loading is done by purchasing pins and periodically recharging it. No special loading regulation is required in this case. Q. Is GMTCARD better than cheques?
A.

Cash stored on GMTCARD is available immediately. If you send a check as a gift or to transfer money to relatives back home, the recipients' bank usually puts the money on hold for at least a few days or even weeks, until the check clears. The wait can be particularly long when sending money out of the country. With a GMTCARD, you can tell the recipient the PIN over the phone. Then, as soon as the card arrives, the recipient can use it immediately at an ATM anywhere in the world. Cards can be refilled quickly and easily. When you use check to send gifts or transfer money, if you want to send another gift or transfer more cash to the same person, the recipient has to wait for the check to arrive and the bank to clear it. The second way is to go on the Internet or at your bank and transfer funds using any of the following International Bank Wire Transfer (Swift, ABA Routing, Sort Code, Transit etc), E-gold, Certified Checks, Bank Drafts, Money Orders, Postal Orders (Hold until check clears), GMTCARD to GMTCARD (card-to-card transfer), Western Union and MoneyGram. Yes. Most cards function in basically the same way, and can be put to a number of different use. Your employer can use a GMTCARD as a more convenient and less costly way to pay you. In short, the possible uses are virtually endless.

Depending on the type of card. There are no limits to how much money you can keep in some cards. Our prepaid MasterCard has a limit of $10,000 USD per deposit and a total balance limit of $50,000 USD. While some of our debit cards do not have any limits. We are very mindful of money laundering and fraudulent transactions.

Q. Are there levels of distributors? If so, what is the difference?
A.

No. There are no levels of distributors. But they are grouped into different categories which includes, agent, agent reseller, authorized distributor and private label. Agents are promotors and marketers for GMTCARD. They are not required to purchase cards. Agent reseller mostly buy and resell cards without participating in our customer loyalty program. Distributors are small or large corporations that have the capacity to distribute mass number of cards and can use our GMTCARD to participate in our reward program. Private label are distributors or employers interested in their own brand.

Q. Can I distribute all the cards listed on your website?

At the moment, distributorship is open to only GMTCARD brands. However, most of our members are open to distributor's opportunities. Q. We have so many customers already and why should we offer cash backs?

It depends on your type of business. For hotels, resorts, tourist centers, car rentals, travel agencies or restaurants, you may not need any employee as your existing employees can activate and sell cards while making reservations. For a real estate or automobile company, you may need to assign someone to do the activation. Some of our cards are sold activated so you might not need extra help in activation.

Q. Who pays the cash back to the customers?
A.

The fund for the cash back comes from you, the distributor. It is a percentage discount rate that you as a business owner offer your customers in order to encourage patronage. The GMTCARD is merely a tool to receive funds, but you earn a minimum profit of $10.00 USD from sales and activation of cards. You may also receive a bonus of $50,000.00 USD after you have sold and activated 100,000 cards within one calendar year. This amounts should double more than what you have paid out in cash back over the entire year.

Customers have full access to their card account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using their password and secret pin code. They can visit our website at www.gmtcard.com to logon and view, monitor and verify the total cash back received over time. The system can give you six months history of your transactions. They can also do an ATM balance inquiry from any bank machine around the world to confirm payment.

The first remarkable difference between distributors and agents is that distributors are businesses and companies who offer percentage cash backs to their customers through GMTCARD so they become authorized distributors by selling the cards to their customers and earning minimum of $10.00 USD in profit. Agents, on the other hand, are mostly professional individuals who refer or sign agreements on behalf of GMTCARD with businesses to distribute the cards. This is why they are called agents. Note that distributors pay for the cards upfront and have the facility within their business premises to sell and activate the cards. Agents do not because they may not be equipped to sell and activate cards retail. They operate under GMTCARD authorized representation to sign agreements with businesses and companies. Q. What is my yearly income?

Your yearly income has no fixed amount. You could earn anywhere from two hundred fifty thousand ($250,000.00) to ten million ($10,000,000.00) US dollars. Also, your income is derived from the extra bonus that comes from signing agreements with specific number of businesses within one calendar year. Q. Can I collect payments from the distributor for cards ordered and cash backs?

No. It is a breach of your contract to collect payments directly from distributors. You must quickly inform the distributor of the available payment options upon signing the agreement. Payments can be made at our bank before delivery of the cards. You are only allowed to collect proof of payments such as deposit receipt, wire transfer confirmation and other applicable proofs. Cards will not be delivered to distributor without receipt of funds.

Q. What materials or document can I collect from the distributor after agreements are signed?
A.

You might not need to physically collect any document other than referring them to sign up and upload all documents from their distributors login. We do require a copy of the distributors application and agreement, a copy of distributors undertaken statement, a copy of the business owner or manager ID and/or proof to show that he/she is the owner or manager of the business and proof of payment for the number of cards ordered. If the cards need to be shipped, they must also pay for the cost of shipment. All of this could be done online.

There are no restrictions to the number or type of business you can approach. But we find that businesses within the hospitality, restaurants, car rentals, retail, real estate, automobile dealers, and insurance industries always embrace and welcome the program. The method in which you approach them is up to you, but you must be professional, presentable and honest in all your dealings.

Q. Will I be paid for the cost of transportation and phone bill?
A.

No. You will not be paid for the cost of transportation or phone bill since we have no way of measuring the amount of calls or appointments made for business and personal use. The commission that you receive for referring or signing businesses and the bonus per year should be sufficient to cover any transportation or phone costs that you may have incurred for the rest of the year. Besides, after referring or signing your first 20 main companies, you should be in a financial position where you would not have to worry about phone bills or transportation expenses.

Q. Will I receive any bonus or commission?
A.

Yes, of course. The bonus amount you receive depends on your level of compensation plan. For sales agent, your bonus is $15,000.00 USD if you have signed agreements with 150 businesses within one calendar year. For supervisory agent, your bonus is $30,000.00 USD if you have signed agreements with 300 businesses within one calendar year while executive agent is $50,000.00 USD if you have signed agreements with 500 businesses within one calendar year. So you can see that for sales agents to earn more than half a million dollars per year, they only need to sign agreements with 2 to 4 businesses per week as long as the businesses are ordering an average of 1,000 cards per month. Q. How do I get paid?
A.

You decide how often you want to get paid daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. Funds are paid to you through your personal GMTCARD in US dollars or we send you a check via mail. Remember that you only get paid when we receive confirmation of payments for cards ordered.

Q. Can I become a distributor as well as an agent at the same time?
A.

First, it is not necessary to become an agent and distributor at the same time. The efforts for both are equally rewarding. Second, the decision to become an agent or distributor depends on what you do and what you have. If you have a business where your customer base and walk-in traffic is over 20 people per day and you are willing to offer percentage cash backs, it is best to become a distributor. You make profit on card sold and activated without additional over head costs as well as $50,000.00 USD bonus for selling and activating 100,000 cards within one calendar year. Agents are classified as non-investors and not required to buy cards upfront or have any in stock. Their main responsibility is to sign agreements and provide good customer service to businesses who are distributors while getting paid for doing so. If you are already a distributor, you can also become an agent. But agents cannot become distributors. The simple reason is that agents do not have the facility to sell and activate cards, keep secret and confidential information of new cardholders and most especially cannot offer cash backs.

Q. Can I cancel my agreement at anytime?

Yes. You can cancel the agreement at anytime you wish. We only require 30 days written notices. Upon cancellation, we reserve the right to acquire all businesses that you have signed up to the date of cancellation and you will seize from receiving commission on cards the businesses re-orders. All materials in your possession will be returned via mail or in person to the administrative office or processing center.

Q. After canceling my agreement, what if I change my mind few months down the road to continue?

You will have to complete and sign another agent application and agreement and start from the sales agent level and work your way slowly to the top. You will be considered as a new agent and obligated to meet the requirements.

Yes. You can work from home, but you must periodically report and keep touch with the executive agent within your jurisdiction. In order to frequently access your level of performance and discuss distributor and cardholders needs, you should report to the office and meet with the executive or supervisory agent. It is important that distributors and cardholders needs are met on time. Team work brings success.

Q. Can I take cards and printing materials home?
A.

You can take printing materials in preparation for the next business day, but you cannot take the cards home, unless you are a distributor and you have paid for the cards. Please note that the cards are security items that must be kept within the reach of the distributor and those who are buying the cards. If you are not a distributor and you have not paid for the cards in full, it is not advisable to take them home with you. Agents are not supposed to sell cards to individuals anyway. They are only obligated to refer and sign agreements with businesses.
